When will my order be shipped and delivered?

Shipping:

• Delays Beyond 5 Business Days: If your order hasn't shipped by the 6th business day, our team is actively addressing the delay. Please allow an additional 3 business days for us to provide your tracking information.

Delivery:

• Estimated Delivery Times: For U.S. orders, delivery is expected within 7 to 20 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10 to 25 business days.

• Tracking Information: There are instances where tracking information may not be immediately available due to factors like high shipping volumes or delays in database updates. Some shipments, especially standard international ones, might not have tracking capabilities. Rest assured, your package should arrive within the specified delivery window.

Expedited Shipping:

• Availability: To maintain affordability, we rarely offer expedited shipping. If available during checkout, U.S. orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days, and international orders within 10 to 20 business days.
