Incorrect Item Received:
- If you receive an item that is entirely different from what was ordered (e.g., ordering a dress but receiving shoes), we will process a replacement.
- To expedite the replacement, please provide three photos of the received item from different angles.
- There is no need to return the incorrect item.

Items Not Received After 30 Days:
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days (excluding shipments marked as delivered by the carrier), you are eligible for a free replacement.
- A replacement order will be created with the same shipping speed as the original.
- If the tracking status shows "delivered," please contact your local post office for assistance.
